About the Teacher

Sandip Kumar is one of the leading yoga teachers in India and Bulgaria.
He holds a university degree in Yoga Studies and is a direct disciple of one of the most renowned contemporary yogis and mystics.
Sandip has a Master’s degree in Human Consciousness and Yoga from Gurukul Kangri University in Northern India and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Kurukshetra University.
He has taught at a Yoga University in Kotdwar and led seminars across India, meeting thousands of students, professionals, and seekers on their personal journeys toward balance and awareness.
His teaching blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern understanding of the body, breath, and mind, inspiring students all over the world.

 

About the Retreat

In today’s fast-paced world, we often forget to pause, listen, and reconnect with ourselves.
This three-day yoga retreat is an invitation to restore your inner balance through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and silence.
Set in the peaceful surroundings of Reina del Mar, far from the noise and rush of everyday life, you’ll have the opportunity to calm the mind, recharge the body, and open the heart.
The program is designed to balance activity and rest, reflection and shared experience.
The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
The focus is not on achieving perfect poses, but on cultivating presence, awareness, and self-care.

Day 1 (Friday): Release & Realignment
Theme: Letting go of tension and creating space for a new beginning.

- 18:00 – 19:15 | Gentle evening Hatha yoga & relaxation breathing
- 19:30 – 20:30 | Light dinner
- 20:45 – 21:15 | Evening meditation & intention circle

Day 2 (Saturday): Flow & Inner Strength
Theme: Awakening your energy and connecting with your inner center.
- 08:00 – 09:00 | Ashtanga yoga for beginners + singing bowl relaxation
- 09:00 – 10:00 | Breakfast
- 11:00 – 12:30 | Pranayama and conscious breathing
- 13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch
- 14:00 – 16:00 | Free time / SPA zone
- 16:00 – 17:30 | Kirtan meditation / Partner yoga
- 18:00 – 19:00 | Dinner
- 20:00 – 21:00 | Gratitude meditation & evening silence ritual

Day 3 (Sunday): Integration & New Beginning
Theme: Inner peace, gratitude, and setting an intention for the next step.

- 09:00 – 10:00 | Breakfast
- 10:00 – 11:00 | Journaling & reflection / Closing circle

Sample Ayurveda Menu

Day 1 – Grounding & Lightness
Lunch: Kitchari (rice with mung dal, vegetables & mild spices), steamed veggies with ghee
Dinner: Creamy carrot & ginger soup, chapati or basmati rice, golden milk with turmeric

Day 2 – Energy & Balance
Breakfast: Oat porridge with apple, cardamom & raisins
Lunch: Coconut vegetable curry with chickpeas & basmati rice
Dinner: Red lentil soup with cumin & coriander, steamed vegetables, chamomile-cinnamon tea

Day 3 – Cleansing & Gratitude
Breakfast: Warm buckwheat with banana & cardamom, warm lemon-honey water

Ayurveda Tips

Eat in a calm environment — without screens or conversation.
Avoid cold drinks; prefer warm or room-temperature beverages.
Eat until 75% full to support healthy digestion (Agni).
Have a light dinner before sunset.
