A New Season of Culinary Artistry

On Friday, 06 November 2026 at 7:30 PM, the intimate and refined seaside ambiance of restaurant La Terrasse at HVD Boutique Hotel Oasis 5★ (Golden Sands) welcomes the grand opening of our celebrated Gourmet Friday Nights series (Gastronomic Calendar 2026–2027).

The premiere gala evening, titled “Autumn Tasting Experience”, unveils an exclusive autumn-winter signature degustation menu masterfully composed in tandem by executive chefs Chef D. Kostov and Chef I. Ivanov.

Connoisseurs of fine dining are invited to embark on a 7-course culinary journey celebrating rich seasonal produce, cutting-edge gastronomic techniques, and curated sommelier wine pairings accompanying the courses.

The 7-Course Degustation Menu

Each dish in this seasonal degustation has been thoughtfully paired with premium boutique wines selected by our sommelier to elevate every nuance of flavor:

• 1. Winter Appetisers Platter: Selection of artisanal seasonal dips served with freshly baked warm bread
• 2. Roasted Beetroot & Pumpkin Salad: Caramelized beetroot, roasted honey pumpkin, mature sheep's milk cheese
• 3. Marinated Fish Platter: Delicacy selection of cured Black Sea catch with zesty citrus dressing
• 4. Lime & Cucumber Sorbet: A refreshing palate cleanser
• 5. Handcrafted Artisanal Pasta Degustation Trio:
  • Ravioli Bolognese with slow-braised oxtail and porcini mushrooms
  • Pumpkin Gnocchi with crispy sage, toasted walnuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Tortellini Trio Di Mare with delicate shellfish bisque
